The exposed syringe tip must be positioned to be submerged in the water of the small vial. By then letting go of the plunger it will automatically cause the syringe to fill with water due to the pressure difference. If this does not automatically occur then you can just pull the plunger back to the 1cc mark at a slow pace. If any air is present in the syringe you should give it a light tap with your fingers then push the plunger slightly in to push the air out. Once done you may remove the small vial from the needle.

Step 6 – You will now be mixing the sterilized water into the HGH. You will need to hold the syringe that you just used to draw up water with that has the longer hypodermic needle. Push this longer needle steadily into and through the rubber stopper of the vial of HGH and then inject the water into the vial. The needle’s tip should be very slightly be resting against the wall of the vial which will allow the water to flow down the side of the vial.

Step 7 – Now you should remove the needle from the HGH vial and gently put the empty syringe down. Shake the mixture of water and HGH very gently in a circular motion. You will then want to draw the plunger out again to pull air into the barrel and inserting it back into the vial of HGH.
